With so much internal and external noise, sometimes we can’t hear our own inner wisdom. This class consists of breath-work that progresses into guided mindfulness meditation to cultivate open awareness of the world around and within us, all designed to jump-start the day. Refocus and re-establish yourself to a state where you feel centered, whole and focused through this morning offering. The guided meditation is 30-minutes with an optional 15-minutes additionally for discussion. VIRTUAL-ONLY
