A Place to Land and Be Supported
The Mindful Rebel® Sangha is a private online community for those devoted to exploring mindfulness, rest, and leadership as living practices. Guided by Shawn J. Moore, this space invites you to return home to yourself, to pause, listen, and remember your innate wholeness.
Rooted in the ethos Get Still. Lead Skillfully., the Sangha centers stillness not as an escape from the world, but as a way of meeting it with clarity, care, and integrity.
Through pre-recorded guided practices, live stillness practices, dharma-inspired reflection, and authentic dialogue, members cultivate mindfulness as both refuge and response… learning how deep listening, presence, and rest shape how we lead, love, and live.
The Sangha offers a steady rhythm of connection through community gatherings, contemplative study, and mentorship. Whether you’re new to stillness practices or deepening your path as a teacher, leader, or space-holder, this community meets you where you are, supporting the ongoing practice of becoming more yourself, moment by moment.
