Inward Illumination™ Meditation Leader Training

February 2026 - April 2026

This cohort is designed as a fully virtual experience, with no in-person sessions. The learning, structure, and total hours remain the same, while the virtual format allows greater access and flexibility.

Participants will explore various meditation techniques, engage with ancient wisdom texts, and take part in contemplative exercises that challenge their understanding of themselves and the world around them. Throughout this program, framed by an in-depth study of the Kosha system, aspiring teachers will develop the emotional intelligence, presence, and compassion necessary for holding space and supporting a community of meditators.

New Year, Unrushed: 7-day Stillness Challenge

January 17 - January 24

The new year has a way of asking us to actively hurry... with plans. Intentions. Momentum.

Before all of that takes over, this offering invites something different.

On January 17, New Year, Unrushed begins—a 7-day stillness challenge designed to help participants slow down and arrive into the year with intention rather than pressure.

Each day, participants receive a short recorded practice they can return to on their own time. These practices are rooted in meditation, stillness, and gentle reflection, offering space to slow down, listen inwardly, and orient from the inside out. The week closes with a live community gathering on January 24 to reflect, integrate, and ground what's emerged.

This 7-day experience also marks the launch of The Mindful Rebel Sangha.

Receive access to the challenge by signing up for the community.

SPARK New Year Coaching Session

Tuesday, December 23, 2025 - Friday, January 2, 2025

“We seek the fire of the spark that is already within us.”
— Kamand Kojouri

You may feel a quiet knowing that this season is asking something new of you—but not in a rushed or forceful way. There’s a sense that something wants to shift… and you’re listening for how to meet it with clarity and intention.

Between December 23 and January 2, a very limited number of SPARK New Year Coaching Sessions are open. SPARK is a 75-minute, one-on-one coaching session designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the inner spark that’s already guiding you forward. Rather than pushing toward change, we create space to notice what’s emerging, what wants to be tended, and what’s ready to come into clearer focus.

Together, we’ll explore your current season, your goals, and the patterns shaping how you lead and move through the world. We’ll weave in insights from your CliftonStrengths Assessment to help you better understand your natural ways of showing up—so you can lead, decide, and act from a place of alignment rather than effort.

THIS 1:1 OFFERING INCLUDES:

  • Access to take the CliftonStrengths® Assessment (Top 5 Strengths)

  • A recorded meditation practice for alignment and remembering.

  • A 75 minute session to explore the results of the CliftonStrengths® Assessment, outline goals, and plan how you can hone your strengths to better serve you for 2026.

This session is about returning to yourself—your inner wisdom, your capacity, your fire—and leaving with greater clarity, grounded confidence, and a sense of direction that feels true to you.

Sometimes all it takes is a small spark…
and the willingness to sit with it.

Space is Limited. Sign Up Here.

The Inner Cave: A Solstice Rest Sanctuary

The Inner Cave: A Solstice Rest Sanctuary

Sunday, December 21, 2025 | 7 pm EST | Virtual (Zoom)

As the year comes to a close, the Winter Solstice offers a natural pause — a moment to slow down, breathe, and turn inward. The darkness of this season invites rest, reflection, and renewal before we step into what’s next.

The Inner Cave: A Solstice Rest Sanctuary is a virtual space to soften the edges of the year. Through Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and guided self-inquiry, we’ll rest to reflect — releasing what no longer serves and creating room for what’s quietly forming within.

This is not about resolutions or doing more.
It’s about making space to listen.
To honor how far you’ve come, and to meet the new year with steadiness and clarity.

Come as you are — bring your blankets, your tea, your breath, and your whole self.
Let this be your soft landing before the turning of the year.

Many leaders, organizers, educators, and caregivers are deeply skilled at planning for others—crafting visions, supporting communities, and holding it all together. But when it comes to our own care, we often fall to the bottom of the list.

This 5-part virtual series is designed for those who lead from the heart but are ready to return to center to explore rest as a pathway to sustainable leadership. Drawing from The Sustainable Leadership Care Guide, the course weaves rest practices, reflection, and dialogue to help you tend to the internal and external landscapes of your leadership. Each session centers a different domain of care—body, heart, purpose, and relationship—to support your leadership from the inside out.

Together, we’ll recalibrate. We’ll turn inward. We’ll make a plan—not for your next project or program, but for you.

What You'll Explore:

  • How to integrate rest into your leadership—not after the work, but as part of it

  • The four domains of sustainable leadership care: Somatic Renewal, Inner Emotional Resourcing, Purpose Alignment, and Relational Anchors

  • Tools to recognize and interrupt burnout patterns, even the subtle ones

  • A recalibrated relationship with planning—one that includes your needs, too\

Schedule:

Sundays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. EST
(Zoom | Recordings available in Thinkific)

Set in the serene and lush North Georgia mountains (featuring a magnificent waterfall and walking trails), during this transformative three-day retreat we will:

  • Hold space for each of us to release, recalibrate, reconnect and, most importantly, rest.

  • Engage in intentional and authentic exploration, reflection and storytelling about the connection between personal transformation, well-being and the change we hope to see in communities, organizations and the world.

  • Practice restorative, somatic (body-based) and mindfulness approaches that you can integrate into your racial trauma healing, resiliency-building, leadership and liberation practices.

  • Tap into your innate resilience and expand our capacity to keep championing transformative change without sacrificing ourselves in the process.

Registration closes on Friday, June 28. A 40% deposit is due at registration and includes a non-refundable $100 processing fee. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat.

REFUGE: Practices that Connect Us to Our Inner Wisdom

Sunday, April 28, 2024 | 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. EST

Centering Practices this month - Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra

When fatigue, burnout and frustration settle in, find REFUGE in the pause and come back to yourself. In this experience, the practice will open with a yin yoga practice, a slow-paced, meditative yoga practice of holding traditional healing postures for extended amounts of time to go deep into the body's tissues, and then flow into a inward journey with yoga nidra, a meditative self-inquiry practice to reconnect to a restful state.

Centering Practices this month - Meditation + Sound Healing

Find REFUGE through practices that reconnect us to our inner wisdom.  In this experience, the practice will open with a meditation to ease us into a soft landing into the practice, followed by the support of the sound and vibration created by singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. This accessible restorative practice uses the power of sound, intention, and silence to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and support a lush layer of rejuvenation.
