Meditate daily over the next week and experiment with how you sit in the practice. After each practice, sit with the following questions:

  • What do you notice in the body?
    Without judgment, write down the sensations you feel in your body.

  • What are you letting go of today?

  • What feeling would you like to invite into your day?

Meditation Space & Altar

  • If you have an altar, revisit and ask what the intention is for the space?

  • If you do not have an altar, work toward constructing one.
