Many leaders, organizers, educators, and caregivers are deeply skilled at planning for others—crafting visions, supporting communities, and holding it all together. But when it comes to our own care, we often fall to the bottom of the list.

This 5-part virtual series is designed for those who lead from the heart but are ready to return to center to explore rest as a pathway to sustainable leadership. Drawing from The Sustainable Leadership Care Guide, the course weaves rest practices, reflection, and dialogue to help you tend to the internal and external landscapes of your leadership. Each session centers a different domain of care—body, heart, purpose, and relationship—to support your leadership from the inside out.

Together, we’ll recalibrate. We’ll turn inward. We’ll make a plan—not for your next project or program, but for you.
